Service Pack 4 is now available for Commerce Server 2002 and Feature Pack 1. It contains a roll-up of all fixes shipped for the CS2002-family of products over the last several years.
I would highly recommend upgrading to SP4 – especially because of the fact that recent Windows security fixes disable MSXML2 support, which Business Desk depends upon. SP4 removes MSXML2 dependencies from the Business Desk.
